The corresponding municipal permit was applied for with the Municipality of Artà and is currently still undergoing the approval process.

El concepto se completa con una piscina exterior y amplias zonas al aire libre. El Consell de Mallorca ya ha aprobado el interés general («Interés General») para el cambio de uso a agroturismo. Asimismo, la evaluación de impacto ambiental ha concluido favorablemente. La correspondiente licencia municipal fue solicitada al Ayuntamiento de Artà y actualmente se encuentra todavía en trámite de aprobación.

Der Consell de Mallorca hat das öffentliche Interesse („Interés General“) für die Nutzungsänderung zum Agrotourismus bereits genehmigt. Auch die Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung wurde positiv abgeschlossen. Die entsprechende kommunale Genehmigung wurde bei der Gemeinde Artà beantragt und befindet sich derzeit noch im Genehmigungsverfahren.
