Anyone looking for an apartment on the Costa Blanca, but not necessarily right on the seafront, should definitely take a look at La Nucía. It is about 15 minutes from Benidorm and the beaches of Altea and Albir (so the sea is close by, without you being in the middle of the crowds), and you can reach Alicante airport in about 50 minutes. The village itself is quiet, green and lively all at once, with a large sports complex, restaurants and all the shops for your daily groceries close by. Perfect as a second home, and because everything is so close, just as suitable for living here all year round. These are new-build apartments with 2 bedrooms, spread over several floors, from the ground floor to the top floor. Every apartment has a terrace, and on the ground floor there is also a tap and water outlet, handy for your plants. A parking space and a storage room are always included in the price, which is not a given everywhere in this region. The garage has a remote-controlled door, you can reach it directly from your apartment by lift, and there is a pre-installation for charging an electric car. The finish is of good quality. The floors are large-format porcelain tiles, both indoors and on the terrace (where, of course, they have a non-slip finish). The kitchen has wall and base units with a quartz or natural stone worktop, and comes with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave and integrated extractor hood. For heating and cooling there is a complete ducted air conditioning system with a single thermostat in the living room, hot water is produced by an individual aerothermal unit (economical, in other words), and the windows have double glazing with a thermal break, in grey aluminium or PVC. The bedrooms are fitted with roller blinds. In the communal areas you will find an infinity pool and a children's pool, a sunbathing area, a gym, a relaxation area and landscaped gardens. There are lifts with automatic doors, also suitable for people with reduced mobility, and the lighting in the communal areas is controlled by motion detectors. The surrounding region is one of the most beautiful parts of the Costa Blanca, and frankly also one of the most varied. Within a quarter of an hour you are in the centre of Benidorm, with its wide beaches, restaurants and nightlife (and with the theme parks nearby, ideal when the grandchildren come to visit), while picturesque Altea with its white streets and little church, and the bay of Albir, are just as close. If you prefer nature, the mountains around La Nucía offer plenty of walking and cycling routes, and the mountain village of Guadalest and the Algar waterfalls make great day trips. Het dorp zelf is rustig, groen en heel levendig tegelijk, met een groot sportcomplex, restaurants en alle winkels voor dagelijkse boodschappen dichtbij. Perfect als tweede verblijf, en omdat alles zo dichtbij is ook gewoon om er het hele jaar te wonen. Het gaat om nieuwbouwappartementen met 2 slaapkamers, verdeeld over verschillende verdiepingen, van het gelijkvloers tot de bovenste verdieping. Elk appartement heeft een terras, en op het gelijkvloers is er bovendien een kraan en waterafvoer voorzien, handig voor je planten. Een garageplaats en een berging zijn altijd inbegrepen in de prijs, en dat is in deze regio niet overal evident. De garage heeft een afstandsbediening, je geraakt er rechtstreeks vanuit je appartement via de lift, en er is een voorinstallatie voor het laden van een elektrische wagen. Qua afwerking zit het goed in elkaar. De vloeren zijn in porselein in groot formaat, binnen en op het terras (daar uiteraard in een antislipversie). Wer eine Wohnung an der Costa Blanca sucht, aber nicht unbedingt in erster Meerlinie wohnen möchte, sollte sich La Nucía unbedingt einmal ansehen. Der Ort liegt etwa 15 Minuten von Benidorm und den Stränden von Altea und Albir entfernt (das Meer ist also nah, aber man sitzt nicht mitten im Trubel), und den Flughafen Alicante erreicht man in etwa 50 Minuten. Das Dorf selbst ist ruhig, grün und zugleich sehr lebendig, mit einem großen Sportkomplex, Restaurants und allen Geschäften für den täglichen Einkauf in der Nähe. Perfekt als Zweitwohnsitz, und weil alles so nah ist, auch ganz einfach, um das ganze Jahr über hier zu wohnen. Es handelt sich um Neubauwohnungen mit 2 Schlafzimmern, verteilt auf mehrere Etagen, vom Erdgeschoss bis zur obersten Etage. Jede Wohnung hat eine Terrasse, und im Erdgeschoss ist zusätzlich ein Wasserhahn mit Wasserablauf vorgesehen, praktisch für die Pflanzen. Ein Garagenstellplatz und ein Abstellraum sind immer im Preis inbegriffen, und das ist in dieser Region nicht überall selbstverständlich. Die Garage hat ein ferngesteuertes Tor, man gelangt direkt von der Wohnung aus mit dem Aufzug dorthin, und es ist eine Vorinstallation für das Laden eines Elektroautos vorhanden. Wer lieber die Natur sucht, findet in den Bergen rund um La Nucía reichlich Wander- und Radwege, und das Bergdorf Guadalest und die Wasserfälle von Algar sind schöne Ausflugsziele für einen freien Tag.
