We willen jullie graag een nieuw project voorstellen waar we zelf meteen enthousiast van werden: een kleinschalige residentie in Pilar de la Horadada, met slechts 16 appartementen (dus geen anoniem complex met honderden units, maar iets overzichtelijks en persoonlijk). Het complex heeft een gemeenschappelijk zwembad, en de penthouse-appartementen bovenaan hebben allemaal 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, met een groot terras en een privé-solarium erbij. Wat ons vooral aanspreekt: hier zit alles al in. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met toestellen (dus geen extra facturen achteraf), en de airco is standaard inbegrepen iets waar je bij veel andere projecten nog apart voor moet bijbetalen. El complejo cuenta con piscina comunitaria, y los apartamentos tipo penthouse en la planta superior tienen todos 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, con una amplia terraza y un solárium privado. Lo que más nos atrae: aquí ya está todo incluido. La cocina viene totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos (así que sin gastos extra después), y el aire acondicionado está incluido de serie algo que en muchos otros proyectos hay que pagar aparte. Como extra, incluye un trastero para bicicletas, también incluido en el precio. Y el solárium está realmente bien pensado: tiene cocina exterior, una pérgola para la sombra, e incluso una ducha con inodoro así que no hace falta bajar cada vez que necesitas ir al baño.
